Terms
These terms cover your use of the Jivari app and this website.
Who provides Jivari
Jivari is made and published by Aditya Sharma, as Vyntel. Contact: hello@vyntel.com.
Your licence
When you download Jivari from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your copy, alongside these terms. When the Android version is published on Google Play, Google Play’s terms will apply to copies from there. You may use Jivari for your own practice and teaching. The app, its name and its design remain ours. Third-party components keep their own licences, which are listed in the app under Settings, Licences.
The Full ladder
Levels 1 to 4 are free. The Full ladder is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that opens levels 5 to 12 and Test and Pocket modes. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Prices are set per country and shown in the app before you buy. It is shared with your family group through Family Sharing. Apple processes the payment, and refunds are requested from Apple under its policies.
Jivari is in development. Some parts of the Full ladder, named on the support page, are still being built, and the app will change as it does.
Availability
Jivari is not offered in France. Availability in other countries depends on the App Store and, later, Google Play.
About the tuning and method
Jivari is a practice tool. It does not replace a teacher. Its tuning tables and teaching method are described on this site and in the app so you can judge them for yourself.
No guarantee
To the extent the law allows, Jivari is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what the app keeps on your device and what reaches us. In short: nothing from the app.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app or how it is sold changes. The effective date above shows which version applies.
